How did Kerridge lose weight?
Although there were other health problems, Tom’s main motivation for losing weight was his wish to see his son grow up. Kerridge began to see a lot of trouble in the near future after being labeled as obese. “I’d like to see my son mature.” He stated, “I want to be there for him.”

“I knew what I wanted to do and then I got on with it,” the English chef said of his battle. It all came down to mental toughness. My personality is addictive. People sometimes ask if I’m an alcoholic, but I believe it could have been anything; it’s just that I discovered alcohol. “I’m not sure if I’m an alcoholic.”
